Yes! The Platypus360 Digital Concierge CMS platform is easy to use and offers a convenient, customisable experience. Through your custom login, you can manage and edit your content, promote services, highlight events, provide offers, and control your content. Updates are simple and instant, ensuring that guests always have the latest details at their fingertips.

We have a document we can provide you with lists of services as a prompt that you can simply edit to suit your property. A common list of services includes your contact details, welcome message, reception hours, Wi-Fi details, facilities, room amenities, policies, breakfast and restaurant details, and local attractions.

There are two ways to set up your Digital Compendium: 1. **Enter Your Own Content** – through the easy-to-use Platypus360 Digital Concierge CMS platform, you can populate your content, images, and logo. 2. **We Enter Your Content** – for a once-off setup fee, we will do the onboarding of your Digital Compendium with your provided content, images, and logo. Once it is ready, you can then simply manage and edit to suit your day-to-day requirements.

Our user-friendly interface ensures that you can easily access all the information you need once you are logged in to the Platypus360 Digital Concierge platform. There is a step-by-step guide to assist you with using the CMS. We also offer support—if you have questions or need technical assistance, we are here to help.

You can include the QR code and web link in pre-arrival emails, welcome letters, place them in guest rooms, at reception, and in high-traffic areas. You can also include the QR code on your key tags, key card wallets, display stands, tent cards, promotional materials, add it to your TV displays, website, and social pages, and include the link or QR code in your email signature.
